Denise Peoples leads Peoples Choice Staffing, Inc. providing experience, oversight, and development of strategies for the company. In her role, Denise drives opportunities, provides strategic leadership to existing client relationships and manages the total business model.
Mrs. Peoples has more than 22 years of combined experience in Human Capital Management making her one of the leading experts in the field. Prior to forming Peoples Choice Staffing, she held positions with top tier national staffing and human resource companies and during her industry tenure, managed staffing programs and developed expertise within multiple industries in the southern California market, including workforce planning and strategy. Her extensive experience and success as a minority business owner has allowed Denise the opportunity to serve on multiple governing boards, including the National Association of Women in Business, where she serves as Mixer Chair, the Black Business Association, and the Inland Valley Employer Advisory Council.
Denise received a B.A. in Communications from California State Fullerton and loves to share her knowledge by lecturing at the university level on entrepreneurship and succeeding in business to students in the UC and State California College systems. In addition to that, she also consults with companies conducting sexual harassment, customer service, and management trainings.

 In addition to co-founding Peoples Choice Staffing Inc., Mr. Peoples brings more than 20 years experience in management with a career that includes ownership and development of two successful businesses in the retail and music production industries. Inside of three years after taking over an existing franchise, he grew the business revenue by more than 110% of what it had previously done and consistently maintained that level of performance for over a decade.
The foundation of Mr. Peoples leadership ability, commitment and drive to succeed are the by products of a successful athletic background and has manifested itself into a business career and acumen. In addition to his entrepreneur spirit, other successes include marketing, sales and management positions with Fortune 1000 Companies in the Pharmaceutical and Equipment Finance Industries. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and holds a degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations.
